Offline-first learning experience platform

Training that still works when the connection doesn’t.

Eywa LXP OS helps governments, development organisations and enterprises deliver multilingual training where connectivity is poor. Learners download courses, complete them offline, and their progress syncs securely when the connection returns.

  • Works offline
  • Six languages
  • Accessibility tested
  • Secure progress sync
The Eywa LXP OS course player while offline: the header shows Offline and 3 to sync, a notice explains that downloaded courses still work, and a lesson on the results chain is open.
A real session in the demo with the connection switched off. The learner keeps going; three answers wait on the device until it reconnects.

Why Eywa LXP OS

Most learning platforms assume a desk and a stable connection.

A mandatory course that stalls on a field office connection is not a training problem; it is a design problem. So is a compliance report that counts only the people who managed to submit, or a course that exists only in one language.

Eywa LXP OS was built the other way round. Every course can be saved to the device. Progress, answers and completions wait locally and sync when there is a connection. A low-data mode drops video and keeps transcripts. Nothing is lost if the browser closes halfway through.

Platform

Core capabilities

  • Offline course access

Courses, animations, checks and assessments download once and work with no connection, including SCORM packages.

  • Multilingual learning

The interface is in English, French, Spanish, Arabic (right to left), Chinese and Russian. Course translations are reviewed by a person before they go live.

  • Progress synchronisation

Offline progress waits on the device and syncs once. The server checks every answer, and replaying a queue never counts twice.

  • Interactive learning content

Lessons, diagrams, animated explainers with transcripts, decisions with consequences, knowledge checks and printable job aids.

  • Organisational deployment

Microsoft Entra ID sign-in, SCIM provisioning, separate tenants per organisation, mandatory-training rules and analytics by office, sex and grade.

  • Accessible learning

Keyboard operable, screen-reader labelled and tested with automated accessibility checks on every release, in light and dark mode.

Offline learning

How it works

Three steps, shown here in the real product.

  1. A course page with the label Available offline and a Remove download button.

    1Download the course

On any connection, one tap saves the course to the device. It is marked “Available offline”.

  2. The app header showing Offline and 3 to sync, above a notice that downloaded courses still work.

    2Complete it offline

Without a connection the course keeps working. The header says “Offline” and counts what is waiting to sync.

  3. A confirmation reading Offline work synced: 3.

    3Sync when connected

When the connection returns, progress syncs on its own and the learner is told: “Offline work synced: 3”. The header then shows when it last synced.

Interactive demo

See the real learning experience

The demo is the product itself, with fictional people. Sign in as any of them, no password needed, and try:

  • A learner’s home page, due dates and recommendations
  • The course player: lesson navigation, playback controls and transcripts
  • Downloading a course and finishing it offline
  • A manager’s team view and an administrator’s compliance rules
Open the demo

The demo resets every night, so feel free to change things.

Pilot programme

A 90-day pilot, week by week

For one office or team of up to 500 learners. It’s free, needs no card, and we agree how success will be measured before it starts.

  1. Week 1

Your IT team connects Microsoft Entra ID. Staff accounts arrive, and leave, with your HR records through SCIM.

  2. Weeks 2–3

We import your SCORM library and switch on the courses you want. You set the rules for who must take what, and by when.

  3. Weeks 4–12

Your office or team learns on Eywa LXP OS. At day 60 we review completion, offline use and feedback with you.

Questions

What teams ask before a pilot

Start with one office.

Tell us who you would like to train. We reply within two working days with a pilot plan: which courses, which sign-in, and how we will measure it.

Want to look around first? The demo has fictional learners, managers and administrators to sign in as.

We use your details only to reply about the pilot.
